GoHighLevel alternatives: 7 options for websites, funnels and a CRM (2026)

The short answer

For one small business, HubSpot is the easiest GoHighLevel alternative: a free CRM for 2 users with a 30-page website attached, and a 7/10 exit score. systeme.io has the best free plan for funnels and courses, and Zoho is cheapest if you want a paid site from $1 a month billed yearly plus a free 3-user CRM. If you want to own the site outright, WordPress plus a separate CRM scores 10/10 for leaving.

Why people look for GoHighLevel alternatives

GoHighLevel puts a website builder, funnels, a CRM, texting, calling and AI in one platform, and it is built for marketing agencies that run many client accounts. That agency design is also why many single businesses go looking for something else. The usual reasons:

  • Price for one business. Starter is $97 a month billed monthly ($970 a year billed yearly) and covers 3 sub-accounts. A sub-account is a separate workspace for one client business, so one business pays for room it won’t use.
  • Complexity. Workflows, pipelines, phone numbers, text registration and AI tools are a lot to set up if you only want a site and a contact list.
  • Agency focus. White label, reselling and SaaS Mode are agency features. SaaS Mode alone needs Agency Pro at $497 a month.
  • Extra usage costs. Texts cost $0.00747 per segment, emails $0.675 per 1,000 and a local number $1.15 a month, on top of the plan, per HighLevel’s pricing page and help center.
  • Lock-in. HighLevel says there is no supported website export. It scores 3/10 on our exit score. Our GoHighLevel review has the details.

You have two routes. One is another all-in-one platform with a CRM and a website builder. The other is a normal website builder or WordPress plus a separate CRM. This list covers both, built from each vendor’s pricing pages and help centers, not our own testing.

A few terms. A CRM (customer relationship management system) stores your leads and customers. A pipeline is a board showing each deal, meaning one possible sale, moving through stages. Automation means rules that act for you, such as emailing a new lead. A seat is one paid user login.

The alternatives, one by one

1. HubSpot: best free CRM with a small website

HubSpot’s free tools include a CRM for up to 2 users and 1,000 contacts, deal pipelines, forms, email marketing, live chat and a drag-and-drop website builder with free hosting and SSL. The free site is capped at 30 website pages, 30 landing pages and one blog with up to 100 posts, and it shows HubSpot branding. HubSpot doesn’t sell domains; you connect one you own.

Starter Customer Platform is $7 a seat a month billed yearly ($10 billed monthly), a limited-time new-customer price; the regular price is $20 a seat a month. Starter removes the branding and adds 15 pipelines, up to 50 workflows, 500 calling minutes and one HubSpot phone number, but keeps the 30-page cap. Bigger sites need Content Hub Professional, from $500 a month with 3 seats.

The catch: there’s no native store, we couldn’t confirm texting, and HubSpot doesn’t say what Starter costs after the promo.

Exit score: 7/10. Pages, posts and templates export as static HTML, and CRM records export in full. See our HubSpot review and GoHighLevel vs HubSpot.

2. Zoho Sites + Zoho CRM, or Zoho One: best on a tight budget

Zoho Sites relaunched in September 2026 as an AI-first builder. Plans are per site, billed yearly: Lite $1 a month (1 page), Basic $8 (5 pages), Plus $15 (25 pages) and Advanced $40 (100 pages). There’s no free plan, but the 15-day trial needs no card. Zoho Sites can embed a Zoho CRM web form so each submission lands in the CRM as a new lead or contact.

Zoho CRM’s free edition covers 3 users with storage for 5,000 records, 150 emails a day and 5 active workflow rules. Paid editions start with Standard at $14 a user a month billed yearly ($20 billed monthly). Zoho One bundles Zoho CRM with many other business apps; its Flexible User option is $90 a user a month with annual licensing. Check whether Zoho One includes the new Zoho Sites plans before you count on it.

The catch: Zoho Sites is not a store (Zoho sells that as Zoho Commerce), form submissions are capped monthly from 50 on Lite to 10,000 on Advanced, and Zoho CRM Free allows 10 data exports a day.

Exit score: 6/10. Zoho documents a static HTML download of the site (we couldn’t confirm it on the relaunched platform), and CRM data exports in full. See our Zoho Sites review.

3. Keap: best for automation and payments next to an existing site

Keap has no full website builder or blog. It offers hosted landing pages, multi-page sales funnels, web forms and checkout forms, published to one subdomain of your own domain per account.

Keap sells one plan with every feature: $249 a month billed yearly ($2,988 a year) or $299 billed monthly, with 2 users included and extra users at $39 a month each. It covers the CRM and pipeline, email broadcasts, automation, quotes, invoices, recurring payments, US texting (500 messages and 100 minutes on the included tier) and a business phone line for the US and Canada. There’s a 14-day trial with no card.

The catch: the price rises with your contact count, but Keap shows the tiers only in a calculator. Implementation is unclear too: Keap’s own pages disagree on whether an implementation package is required and what it costs, so confirm both in writing before you sign. Annual contracts carry a $299 early termination fee.

Exit score: 3/10 by our rubric. Landing pages can’t be exported, and the contact CSV leaves out tags and notes, which need separate reports. Your domain was always yours.

4. systeme.io: best free plan for funnels

systeme.io has the most generous free plan here: 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 blog, 1 course, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and unlimited email sends, with no card. It builds multi-page websites, funnels, blogs, courses and webinars, and charges 0% transaction fees (you pay only Stripe’s or PayPal’s fees).

Paid plans, billed monthly: Startup $17 a month (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels), Webinar $47 (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels) and Unlimited $97 (unlimited contacts, funnels and automation rules). Yearly billing is advertised as “2 months free,” but the pricing page doesn’t print yearly totals. Prices are per account, not per user.

The catch: the pricing page lists no built-in phone or texting, and we couldn’t confirm deal pipelines. Contact exports are emailed and deleted after 3 days. systeme.io offers free done-for-you migration on Unlimited monthly or any annual plan; payment history doesn’t move.

Exit score: 3/10 by our rubric. No export is documented for pages, funnels or blog posts.

5. ClickFunnels: best for funnel-first sellers

ClickFunnels builds funnels, landing pages, a full site with blog, stores, courses and communities, with email and a light CRM. Launch is $81 a month billed yearly ($970 a year) or $97 billed monthly, with 1 site, 2 team members, 10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails a month and 1 CRM pipeline. Scale, at $164 a month billed yearly ($197 billed monthly), adds automations, a custom code editor, webhooks and API, and calendars. There’s a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee, and ClickFunnels takes no cut of sales.

The catch: Launch has no automations, a step down from GoHighLevel’s Starter. Calling and texting aren’t listed on the pricing page. Branding removal comes only with Dominate, an annual-only plan at $5,997 a year.

Exit score: 3/10 by our rubric. Pages and funnels can be shared only into other ClickFunnels accounts. Contacts, orders and products export, and domains bought through ClickFunnels sit in your own IONOS account.

6. Pipedrive plus a website builder: best for sales teams

Pipedrive is a pipeline-first CRM with no website builder. You pair it with any builder or WordPress and capture leads with its embeddable web forms, chatbot or live chat. Billed yearly, Lite is $14 a seat a month, Growth $39 adds automations and email sync, and Premium $59 includes web forms, chatbot and live chat. The pricing page we read showed only billed-yearly prices. There’s a 14-day trial with no card.

The catch: on Lite and Growth, web forms need the LeadBooster add-on, which Pipedrive’s web-forms page lists from $32.50 per company a month billed yearly ($39 billed monthly); confirm it’s offered on your plan. Pipedrive has no official Wix, WordPress or Squarespace app, so forms from those builders usually connect through Zapier. Newsletters need the paid Campaigns add-on.

Leaving: Pipedrive holds no website, and all CRM records export to CSV or Excel files. The site’s exit score is your builder’s: 10/10 for WordPress, 5/10 for Squarespace, 3/10 for Wix.

7. WordPress plus a CRM plugin: best if you want to own it

Self-hosted WordPress is free software you run on hosting you pay for, and we build on WordPress every week. There are two common ways to add a CRM. A form or CRM plugin can send each website lead into an outside CRM with a free tier, such as HubSpot’s free CRM, Zoho CRM Free or Salesforce Free Suite (2 users). Or a CRM plugin can keep contacts inside WordPress itself.

Hosting is the main bill. Bluehost Starter is $3.99 a month on a 36-month term, then renews at $9.99 a month. SiteGround StartUp is $2.99 a month for the first 12 months, then $17.99. Add a domain and paid plugins.

The catch: you handle updates, backups and security, or pay someone to. Texting and calling come from whatever CRM or phone service you connect.

Exit score: 10/10. You own every file and the database. See our WordPress review.

How to move off GoHighLevel

  1. Build the new setup first. Keep GoHighLevel running until the new site, forms and follow-up are live.
  2. Export your contacts. Exports run one sub-account at a time and only include the columns visible in your Contacts table, so add every field you need to the view first. Only the latest note comes out, cut at 255 characters, and conversation history stays behind. Export companies too, and download the files within 30 days.
  3. Save your page content. HighLevel has no supported website export, so copy your text, images and form fields by hand. A browser HTML copy is unsupported.
  4. Rebuild pages, funnels and workflows. Write down each workflow’s trigger and steps so you can recreate them in the new tool.
  5. Keep your domain. If you bought it in HighLevel, get the transfer code from the dashboard (not possible within 60 days of purchase) before you cancel; after cancelling you’d need a release request through support. If it’s at an outside domain registrar, just point it at the new site.
  6. Redirect old URLs. Map each old page to its new address and set 301 redirects on the new platform so search traffic and bookmarks follow.
  7. Cancel last. If leads text a HighLevel number, ask HighLevel support how to keep or move it before you cancel; we couldn’t confirm that process.

Our guide to leaving your website builder walks through each step, and the website migration glossary entry explains the terms. For all ten website-and-CRM options, see our website builder with a CRM guide.

Questions people ask

What is the best alternative to GoHighLevel?

For most single businesses, HubSpot: its free tools include a CRM for 2 users and a 30-page website. systeme.io suits funnel and course sellers, and Keap suits service businesses that want automation and payments next to an existing site.

Is there a free alternative to GoHighLevel?

Yes. HubSpot's free tools (2 users, 1,000 contacts, 30 website pages) and systeme.io's free plan (2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 blog) are both free with no time limit. Zoho CRM is free for 3 users, but Zoho Sites has only a 15-day trial.

What is cheaper than GoHighLevel?

HubSpot Free, systeme.io Free and Zoho CRM Free cost $0. Among paid plans, Zoho Sites starts at $1 a month billed yearly, HubSpot Starter at $7 a seat a month billed yearly (promo) and systeme.io Startup at $17 a month, all below GoHighLevel's $97 a month.

Can I move my GoHighLevel website to another platform?

Not directly. HighLevel says there is no supported website export, so pages and funnels have to be rebuilt. Contacts export to CSV one sub-account at a time, and domains bought in HighLevel can be transferred out after 60 days.

Which GoHighLevel alternative has texting and calling?

Keap includes a US texting tier and a business phone line, and HubSpot Starter includes 500 calling minutes and one phone number. systeme.io and ClickFunnels don't list phone or texting on their pricing pages.

Is ClickFunnels a good GoHighLevel alternative?

For selling courses and info products through funnels, yes. Launch is $81 a month billed yearly but has no automations and no calling or texting listed, so it is a weaker fit for local service businesses.
