Web Building builds WordPress websites for US small businesses: contractors and home services, law firms, medical, dental and therapy practices, restaurants, schools, real estate and more. Flat fees in writing before work starts: a landing page is $700, a business website starts at $1,800 and a redesign starts at $3,500. You own the site, the domain and the accounts.

How it works
- You send the basics with the form below: what you do, where, and the site you have now if any.
- We send a written quote with the pages, the price and the timeline. Nothing starts until you agree.
- We build and you review. You see the site on a private address before it goes live.
- We launch, connect Google Search Console and analytics in your name, and hand over every login.
What you own
The website, the domain, the analytics and any ad accounts are yours from day one. There is no twelve-month contract on hosting or care: plans are month to month. If you leave, the whole site goes with you, files and database included.

Usually, yes. A redesign and migration starts at $3,500. How much content can come with you depends on the platform's export tools; our exit scores show what each one allows.
